With no VP of Marketing or Creative Director in place, the holiday campaign required strong internal collaboration and shared ownership. Working alongside a copywriter and marketing manager, the team was tasked with delivering a high-impact, revenue-driving campaign under significant pressure from brand leadership. The challenge was to align creative direction across all touchpoints during the brand’s most critical sales period.
